With Richmond SupportDesk Mobile, IT Support staff are provided with incident management functionality to log, update, manage and check the status of incidents with their required actions while on site all in real time.
Developed using Microsoft.NET the live connection to the central Richmond SupportDesk database is via mobile or wireless connection.
