    Users can upload key files directly to the Richmond AssetDesk database and associate them to individual assets.

    Richmond AssetDesk inventory data is stored against style templates. These templates contain a range of user-defined fields that allow users to store item specific information.

  • All asset activities and deployments can be scheduled and tracked
    If an asset is due for servicing or is being leased to a third-party, Richmond AssetDesk can record these events as well as the time the asset is due to be returned.

  • Integration
    With Richmond AssetDesk's External Database Integration, users can link assets to any existing OLEDB compliant data source. Richmond AssetDesk also provides advanced synchronisation capabilities with Microsoft Active Directory™.
